Do to gas prices there will be a charge of .50 per mile for any trips to get information. This is to keep my other prices for the services that I provide the same. Effective as of March 8, 2008.
Retainer Fee
There is a retainer fee of $25.00 required, before I will schedule your research project. The retainer is Non-refundable. This retainer fee gives me two hours to look for things and if it worth looking into it more. Does not included the cost of copies if there is any to be found. I will work with you if you want to do a budget of how much you want to spend let me know up front. After the project is finished you will be billed for the final cost before any information is send. There is a late charge payment of $3.00 after 30 days on bills not paid on time.
The research project is a project that requires looking at all records that are available, like birth, marriage, death, family files, census, courthouse and etc. Look at the research fee there is more listed. Retainer required.
If it lookups that you are looking for such as in birth, marriage, death newspaper article only that is a flat fee of $3.00 each copy. No retainer is required for lookups. Under Construction

Return checks there will be a fee of $30.00
I don't do land deeds.
Most of the cost will be my time, so please if you are interested in me doing this be serious about paying your bill or set an amount that you can afford. I had problems in the past with people wanting me to do research and than do not pay their bills.

Cemetery Photography
I now have a new Digital Camera that takes wonderful pictures, and I also have a Photosmart printer that will print your pictures. Photography can be done two ways. Digital Photos need no developing and can be send email or can be printed and send regular mail, this method can give you faster results. There are two examples below:
