What to Expect to Receive from your money!

     I can't pre-guarantee how much, or exactly what I will found, I can guarantee to honestly use the time allotted, time to identify and search in the records that normally should solve the problem. I will tell you, up front, if I anticipate problems or difficulties with you research objectives. I will also provide you with the following items at the conclusion of the research projects:

• Research Letter will include a report outline in details, what searches were made and an explanation of the results.
• Copies of All Research Documents will included the report for your records. Also included such documents as probate records, birth, marriage, death records, church records, histories, census records and etc., you will be billed for all the photo copies. In some cases, it is not possible to make quality copies for you due to old or faded records, or poor microfilm copies of the original documents.
• Family Group Sheet will included new information about your ancestors.

     For the County Courthouse which would be the probates and etc. I will look and see if there is a file and will made a list of what is in the file. There are some that have a lot of information in them that it can get very costly, so I let my clients know what is in the files and you can decided what items you would like copied. For example: Receipts are the most in files, show who was paid and for what it was. They are very hard to copy when they are put together with some paper holder that you can't take them apart.
